Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when using Tanumo's website, studio, image generation tools, APIs, and related services.

It forms part of our Terms of Service. If you violate this policy, we may block a prompt, remove content, restrict access, suspend your account, or terminate service.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Tanumo to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

NSFW content is prohibited. This includes explicit sexual content, pornography, nudity, erotic or sexually suggestive content, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, and content intended to arouse or fetishize a person.

You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized images of real people, deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, or misleading synthetic media involving private individuals, public figures, celebrities, or minors.

3. Safety, abuse, and illegal activity

You may not use Tanumo to promote or facilitate self-harm, terrorism, extremism, weapons, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, regulated goods, illegal services, or instructions that enable wrongdoing.

You may not generate hateful, threatening, graphic, exploitative, or violent content, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics.

You may not bypass, disable, or evade safety systems, moderation, rate limits, credit limits, access controls, or security protections.

4. Intellectual property and privacy

Only upload reference images, prompts, brand assets, and other materials that you have the right to use.

Do not use Tanumo to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or confidential information.

Do not submit personal data, private images, or sensitive information unless you have the necessary rights and consent.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Prompts, uploads, and outputs may be reviewed by automated moderation systems, provider-side safety systems, and internal abuse-prevention controls before or after generation.

We may refuse generation, hide or delete content, withhold credits obtained through abuse, limit features, suspend accounts, or report activity where required by law or platform policy.
